We Zhengbang Aluminum Industry, established a cooperative relationship with China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau, a Fortune 500 company, in 2021 for the Luoyang "Olympic Sports Center" aluminum veneer curtain wall project located in Luoyang, Henan, China.
The project requires 80,000 square meters of aluminum veneers, and the design and construction need to be completed simultaneously within a 2-month construction period. The BIM model is provided by the customer. As a manufacturer, Henan Zhengbang, under the tight project schedule, our technical team quickly carried out model analysis and data reconstruction, component topology separation and manufacturing information extraction, while ensuring installation accuracy and handling model errors. Preparation before processing and production: model lightweight processing, DFM manufacturability analysis, and CNC programming optimization, etc.
The production workshop prepares materials at the same time, delivers them in batches according to the progress of the site, and dispatches technical personnel to the site to guide installation and solve difficulties. More than 70,000 square meters were supplied in only 25 days, and the subsequent edge closing and delivery orders were placed, which were fully connected with the project, and finally the supply was completed ahead of schedule.
The Luoyang Olympic Sports Center project also won the "Lu Ban Award". During the entire process of communication, supply and after-sales service, the customer saw our supply strength, production management ability and after-sales service awareness, and successively cooperated with us on the interior and exterior curtain wall decoration project of "Xi'an Children's Hospital Phase II", the largest comprehensive hospital in the northwest.
