Detailed plan for full-process service of order:
Ⅰ. Preliminary negotiation
1. Customer consultation and demand matching
1.1 Customers can make demands by phone/online/offline, and the business manager will record the project overview (such as use, area, material, process, construction period, etc.).
Factory qualifications, product catalogs, and service case references can be provided according to customer requirements to preliminarily answer customer questions.
1.2 Arrange business managers and professional technical professionals to combine docking to clarify details such as design drawings, processing technology, surface treatment (fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, roller coating, wood grain transfer, anodizing, etc.).
2. Proofing (drawings/color cards/samples)
3. Preliminary confirmation of technical solutions
The customer provides design drawings or samples, and both parties conduct technical reviews:
3.1 Review the feasibility of the drawings (processing difficulty such as folding edges, curvatures, openings, specifications, etc.).
3.2 Communicate the thickness of aluminum plate (1.5mm-4.0mm), coating standard (national standard/European standard), installation components and specifications (corner code, back reinforcement, etc.).
4. Product quotation and business terms
4.1 Calculate the material consumption, processing fee, transportation fee, etc. according to the drawings, and provide a detailed quotation.
4.2 Negotiate the payment method, delivery cycle (usually 7-10 days), product warranty (1 year), surface treatment warranty (5 years/10 years/15 years/20 years/25 years according to the application scenario and requirements).
Ⅱ. Contract signing
1. Core terms of the contract
1.1 Goods: aluminum veneer specifications (thickness, color, coating), quantity, unit price, total price (generally a tentative price, the actual supply quantity shall prevail), deposit payment and payment agreement.
1.2 Delivery standards: in compliance with national standards such as GB/T 23443-2009, with test report attached.
1.3 Delivery time: production cycle + transportation time (processing cycle determined according to the project board shape).
1.4 Acceptance method: Customers can inspect goods/third-party quality inspection before leaving the factory, and objection period within 72 hours after signing.
1.5 Intellectual property: Copyright ownership of drawings provided by customers, confidentiality responsibility.
1.6 Force majeure: natural disasters, policy changes and other exemption clauses.
2. Risk prevention
2.1 Production will start after the advance payment is received, and the ownership of the goods will be retained before the final payment is settled.
2.2 Agreed design change process: written confirmation → adjustment of price/delivery date → supplementary agreement.
III. Confirmation of order
The contract signing of the buyer is completed, the deposit is received and the drawings are confirmed and signed, which is deemed to be an order, and the processing time will be calculated from the second day of the order.
1. Deposit received.
2. Technical cooperation projects provide free assistance in processing drawings and layout drawings.
3. Customers sign and confirm the aluminum plate substrate, thickness (1.5mm-4.0mm), coating standards (national standard/European standard), installation components and specifications (angle code, back reinforcement, etc.), quantity, size, color, etc.
4. The buyer signs and confirms the "Processing Drawing" and sends it to the designated email address of our company as an order.
IV. Production and processing
1. Production planning management
1.1 The technical department issues the "Purchase Order" to clarify the process parameters and quality inspection standards.
1.2 The purchasing department purchases aluminum coils (1100/3003 aluminum) and coatings (PPG, Akzo Nobel, KGE, Copper and other brands) according to the order.
1.3 The workshop processes according to the process: cutting → bending → welding → adding components → grinding (coarse and fine grinding) → surface treatment (chroming, cleaning, drying, spraying, etc.) → packaging.
2. Quality control nodes:
2.1 Process sampling: Each batch is sampled for dimensional tolerance (±1mm), color difference (ΔE≤1.5), and adhesion (cross-cut test).
2.2 Final factory inspection: Full inspection of appearance and spray uniformity, and issuance of "Certificate of Conformity" and test report.
3. Progress synchronization
3.1 Send production progress to customers every week (including photos/videos of workshop production progress).
3.2 Major abnormalities (such as material shortages, equipment failures) are notified within 24 hours.
V. Delivery and acceptance
1. Logistics and receipt
1.1 Packaging method: bubble film/wooden frame protection (whether wooden frame packaging is charged according to the contract agreement), corners and corners are added with corner guards.
1.2 Transportation arrangement: The customer specifies logistics or factory agents, and purchases freight insurance.
1.3 Check the quantity and integrity of the outer packaging when signing for receipt, and sign and confirm the receipt of the "Delivery List".
2. Acceptance dispute handling:
2.1 If there are quality problems, the customer provides on-site photos/videos, and the factory responds within 48 hours.
2.2 Minor defects (scratches, color difference) are returned to the factory for processing first, and serious problems (deformation, paint peeling) are returned to the factory for redoing.
VI. After-sales service
1. Service during the warranty period
1.1 Free repair scope: non-human damage such as coating peeling and welding cracking.
1.2 Response time: Provide a solution within 24 hours after receiving the complaint. If the site needs to be processed and responded to within 1 working day.
2. Long-term maintenance support
2.1 Establish customer files and make regular return visits (1 month, 6 months, 1 year after installation).
2.2 Provide cleaning and maintenance guidelines (avoid strong acid and alkali cleaning).
